Our Story
Kastech Next started with a decision, not an idea from scratch. The founding team already had years of experience running enterprise software programmes, so instead of building a company from zero, they chose to spin out a new, focused entity dedicated to AI, cloud, and automation. This foundation is central to how Kastech Next Pvt Ltd approaches every engagement, product decision, and client relationship even today.
That background is a big part of why Kastech Next functions today as one of the more capable IT service provider companies working with healthcare, legal, telecom, and professional association clients. The company carries the discipline of a mature IT firm into a structure that moves at the pace of a startup, a combination that's genuinely hard to find.
Clients often ask why a relatively new company can deliver enterprise-grade work so consistently. The answer usually comes back to this history, and to what's already running because of it: a telecom coverage-tracking platform in continuous service since 2016, an IVF portal live across three countries, and a legal drafting platform built for the Indian legal system. The people running projects at Kastech Next have already spent years solving similar problems elsewhere, so a lot of the trial and error that slows down newer firms simply doesn't apply here.

Founder and CEO
With over 3 decades in the IT industry, Sunil is the founder of two previous startups, one in IVF technology and one in legal AI. He now leads Kastech Next Pvt Ltd as Founder and CEO, overseeing the development of the company's next generation of products. An engineering graduate with a management degree from IIT Delhi, he has held senior management positions at BHEL, CRIS, TCS, and HCL Technologies, and has managed large, multi-ethnic teams across the globe.
